The mikroTRAVEL® brand under which all our products are sold is a registered trademark. We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction and always look forward to receiving your comments and suggestions.
MAKING A PURCHASE: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our Products section, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Our policy is to process your order promptly and securely.
UK Delivery: Standard delivery is by Royal Mail First Class. A signature may be required. Delivery is free on all orders over £25.00 otherwise a charge of £1.50 will be added to the order for postage and packaging.
International Delivery: Please contact us directly for specific delivery prices and payment methods. Note that international deliveries may be subject to import duties and/or customs tariffs that may be levied when the goods are imported. These charges must be paid by the person importing the goods and are NOT included in any of the delivery costs quoted by us. For further information about such duties and tariffs you should contact the relevant authorities in your own country.
BACK ORDERS: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
TAX CHARGES: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
UK Delivery: We always aim to dispatch within four working days of receiving your order but please allow upto 10 working days for delivery.
International Delivery: We always aim to dispatch within four working days of receiving your order but please allow upto 15 working days for delivery.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY: All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
GUARANTEE: We guarantee your satisfaction. Product ingredient lists appear on our site and you are deemed to have read and checked these prior to placing an order. In the unlikely event that you should suffer any adverse reaction to any of our products, please write to us by e-mail or letter. Please also see our returns policy.

RETURNS POLICY: It is our goal that all mikroTRAVEL® products give you 100% satisfaction. So if for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging together with the receipt. Please don't forget to tell us whether you want a full refund or an exchange. We regret but we are unable to refund postage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
